Yes, you are most welcome to visit our factory! We appreciate your interest in our products and facilities. To make your visit smooth and enjoyable, we offer a complimentary pick-up service from Zhengzhou Xinzheng International Airport or Zhengzhou East Railway Station to our company. Please inform us of your arrival details at least one week prior to your visit, including your flight or train information and arrival time, so we can arrange transportation and a welcome team for you.

Upon your arrival, our driver will be waiting for you at the designated pick-up point holding a sign with “Qizhong Chemical Co., Ltd.” for easy recognition. We also provide a drop-off service back to the airport or railway station after your visit. 

Our minimum order quantities vary by product type:
– Standard products: Usually 2 ton (approximately 80 bags, 25kg each)
– Customized products: Generally higher MOQ, typically 3-5 tons
– Samples: We provide free samples (usually 100-500g) for testing purposes

Qizhong Chemical accepts the following payment methods:

• Telegraphic Transfer (T/T): Most common for international payments
• Letter of Credit (L/C): Suitable for large orders
• Western Union: For smaller payments
• PayPal: For sample fees or small orders

For new customers, we typically require a 30% deposit with the balance due before shipment. Long-term partners can negotiate more flexible payment terms.

Our delivery times depend on product type and order quantity:

• Stock products: Usually ship within 3-5 working days
• Standard products (non-stock): Generally produced and shipped within 7-15 working days
• Custom products: Typically require 15-30 working days, depending on specifications

Larger orders or peak season purchases may require additional time. We recommend planning your procurement needs in advance to ensure timely delivery from us.

Qizhong offers multiple international shipping options:

• Sea freight (FCL/LCL): Ideal for bulk orders, cost-effective
• Air freight: Suitable for urgent orders, faster delivery
• Express courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS): Perfect for samples and small packages
• Rail transport: Available for customers along Asia-Europe routes

We can provide various trade terms including FOB, CIF, and can arrange freight forwarding according to your preferences.
